Amazon outsourced the delivery to Innovel, who then outsourced the delivery to Home Delivery Link, who then outsourced it to a private truck driver, who lent his truck to two random men who then showed up to my home and wanted to leave the fridge in my backyard. They refused to deliver it to the second floor and haul away the old one as the instructions clearly stated. Amazon and Innovel have no idea who was at my door or who was in possession of the refrigerator. The two random men refused to say who they were or which company they were with and then proceeded to be rude, I turned them away and spent about 4 hours on the phone to get this resolved. Never again.
