If I could give negative stars I would. Bought this fountain for my mom after years of her using a Nostaligia brand one without fail. Thought I'd buy her an upgraded one from Wilton. We use it every year for Christmas Eve. Tonight we eagerly set up her new Wilton one, excited to finally have one that was a bit bigger for the whole family. Unfortunately this product completely disappointed when while standing in the kitchen (not even being used by a dipper) it started to spray chocolate all over our kitchen. Literally everywhere. On the floor, blacksplash wall, me, and all the fruit we had arranged for dipping. Hoping that what when we are able to clean the wall it will all come off, as well as come out of my clothes. Horribly disappointed. Wrecked part of our evening because we had to spend 20 minutes very quickly removing it from the floor before the dogs could get to it. Also felt horribly guilty that my mom's gift was such a dud. So upset. We are not new to using fountains. Have had one at every Christmas for the last 10 years. What a shame.
