I wish I had this info before I had ordered Nature's Way, because it made me ill and since I was told I cannot return used product, I'm out $15. What you cannot see in the item description is that ingredients are, in order of greatest to least: water, glycerine and very very small amounts of chlorophyll. Even on the bottle it is difficult to understand that there is hardly any chlorophyll product in it because says there are 132 mg chlorophyll per every ounce (two tablespoons = 1 oz). But actually 132 mg is equal to only 0.005 ounces! So for every one ounce in this bottle, you get only .005 ounce of chlorophyll - point five percent (.5%) - and the rest is sugary glycerine and water. Put another way, there is 200 TIMES more sugar water in this product than chlorophyll in Nature Way's Chlorofresh. THAT is why it tastes horrible. You paying for a dollar an ounce for sugar water. Like another reviewer said, the glycerine (a sugar) in high doses causes loose stools and other effects. I took it for 1 week and then stopped because I was very ill. I started it again a few weeks later and same thing. Reviewers taking this for candida think they are having "die off" reactions - not so. In fact the yeast are flourishing on the sugar water you are taking into your body. I got those instead and they have given me a lot of energy with little filler. {I dont work for Sunlit, I got the advice to try those from a nutrition blog - but I imagine any pressed tablet would be better than Chlorofresh).
