Product started out great but broke within 90 days. When speaking with company to have it replaced they expected me to pay to have new one shipped to me and expected me to pay shipping to send the broken one back. What awful customer service instead of me singing the praises of how much we liked the machine I get to tell everyone to find an Air Fryer with a better reputation and better customer service reviews. Will never buy another nuwave product. Also just to start the process of getting the product returned you hold for over an hour and the message keeps telling you to use a chat feature on their website that does not exist.
