I bought one of these very excited to know how good (or bad) the air quality in my home was. I live in an area where Radon and mold are a problem. I was pretty excited. The device took a few days to calibrate and I started seeing values. And graphs. It was great, for a week. And then half the data stopped being collected. I've already gone back and forth with their support team multiple times and have reset the device and my phone many many times. They eventually confessed that this is a known problem and will be fixed in a future update. I asked for a date but didn't get any. It's been a few weeks and at this point I'm just going to turn it off.
