I received my product today, too my dismay I encountered difficulties when I went to use it. My first issue I had was after I installed the device program onto my pc and created a brand new account required to use it. Upon going through all of that and tried using it i received an unable to authenticate error and was told to make sure my details were entered correctly which I assure you they were. So I removed my game from the device and did what the msg told me to do. So after reentering my username and password I received a new error stating my license key/ email have been suspended for 1 hr. Waited the hr and tried again and received the same error rendering my device useless at this point in time. It seems that this is a normal issue with this device as when I searched online there were numerous complaints about this issue. I sent a email to the seller and also to code junkies as well. I understand this isn't a licensed nintendo product but I don't think paying for something that doesn't work right out of the box is right either. I will update my review if either are able to help me get past this issue.
