Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I'm writing to tell you all the truth about this company. Please read and mark helpful, so everyone can be warned and know the truth. They included a "free $10 amazon gift card" with both cars I purchased. Obviously, I thought that was pretty cool, but then I read the find print, I had to do a review and it had to be 4 or 5 stars. So basically they are bribing people to get higher rated votes. This was disappointing since I bought these because the ratings were high, sadly a false high rating. So... as I mentioned in my original post which is still below, I originally felt like it was a 4 star item, so I figured I'd do an honest review and cool... I'd get $20 free. Well... NOPE, this is where the company gets even shadier and more dishonest... I filled out the forms to redeem my 2 "free prizes" and submitted my amazon review link. I received an email stating that I could only receive 1 prize, since I bought both items in the same order. Lame.. but ok? Then.... I was asked to change my review!.... they did not want me saying anything about "free prize cards and having to do a 4/5star review to earn the prize." This is because it's not allow in Amazon's seller policies! Because bribing people for reviews is wrong and dishonest. So yeah.... this pissed me off that they wanted me to be dishonest and formulate an "appropriate review." So instead... I'm reporting them to Amazon and telling everyone who reads this the truth. Anyways... let me tell you about the actual product, as it does have flaws after a few weeks of owning it, I'd give it a 3star. (Company gets a zero)... It needs an on/off switch on the remote, otherwise, it can barely get bummed on and drain the batteries completely. Thee's been several times we wanted to use it, but it was dead even though the batteries were fully charged. It's a great little car, but it's a big problem with battery life. Only runs about 5mins and it requires so many batteries, it's a pain to get the screwdriver and replace them after only 5mins of playtime. Thank goodness we use rechargeable, otherwise, there's no way we would be able to fund the battery quantities needed. I still love that both my kids can play at the same time without interference. And they are sturdy and move well. Don't consider them unless you have alot rechargeable ones! And really... choose a different company. Original review... Kids just got these for Christmas. I'm happy you can use 2 cars at the same time without any interference. Seems to be great in both speed and quality product. Slight learning curve to figure out controls, but they should figure it out and having it go "wonky" is kind of fun too. We were redeeming a "free prize" card, and am a little bummed they are buying ratings by saying you need to give a 4 or 5 star rating first. But in honesty, I do believe this is a 4star item and will update in the future if I feel that changes. For the price, it's a great toy. Hoping we are happy with them for awhile.
