I immediately called customer service. I thought that I had been scammed by a fake company. They told me that they have been out sourcing to another country. I have purchased soft spots for many years (paying 125.00 each time, every 2 years). I believed that the next purchase would cost me in excess of 150.00 but I was OK with that, because I loved the product. I work as a nurse, I work on concrete floors walking many miles per day and soft spot supremes are my only soft spot during my 10 hour work day. I never go home with tired feet. EVER!! After working 2 hours with the out sourced shoes , my feet were aching and my dissapointment was rising. The shoes that I recieved are very poorly made! I have the inserts from my American made shoes, they are fabulous, the inserts made from the other country are horrid very thin, with no support, glue everywhere. The whole shoe is made from a poor quality rubber mixture. I will never buy soft spots again. BRING our manufacturing companies back home to the United States of America , where quality is quality !!!!!
