I really, really wanted for this blanket to work out ... but with one night under it, I knew it was too hot and too heavy. So I have returned it. The return shipping cost ( over $15.00) really bothers me since they say you can try it out and return it. Yes, you can return it ...for about $17.00. I'm aged 60 and about 185 pounds, and the 20 pound blanket was too heavy and too hot even with the AC turned to 69 degrees. Same old nightmares, rushing thoughts and restless sleep even under the blanket. So my 2 excedrin PM and 2 benadryl at bedtime will have to suffice.
