Terrible Customer Service and Product
The EW-72 scooter is garbage. It won't hold a charge after only having it five months. I was left on customer service for hours then told they won't even fix it. I'm a disabled vet who paid $3,000 for a mobility scooter that only worked for a few hours! And, now I am left with no help. Shame on E Wheels.
