Terrifying! Bent and twisted instantly at test run
We pulled this out of the box to test it and the instant my husband (165lbs) stepped out the window, the ladder bent and twisted. If I wasn't holding it at the top, he would have fallen from the 2nd story window to the ground. Horribly unsafe and incredibly disappointed. I'm so glad we tried this before we might need it.
