I like these towels. They are wet, fairly large, and do a good job of cleaning up spills and keeping my counters clean. So why only one star? Because the packaging is GARBAGE! The towels are jammed into the cylinder so tightly that it is impossible for them to feed out, one at a time. Instead, you have to struggle to take off the tightly sealed lid and physically remove a single towel, then struggle again to replace the lid. I had to take out the central core of towels in order to free up the rest. And that's wasteful, to say the least! Additionally, the jaws through which the towels are meant to thread are lethally strong and sharp. They have no flex to them. Rather, they seem defeat their stated purpose; they prevent rather than facilitate the feeding action. I note that Amazon customers have been complaining about packaging problems like these for years with no redesign response from the manufacturer. Well, if they don't care enough to make necessary changes, I dont care enough to reorder - much as I like the product itself.
