Doesn’t work if you have spectrum internet
We tried installing it through the app on my iPad. He tried it on his galaxy s8 phone and tried installing it through his laptop with a Ethernet cable. The extender was plugged into an outlet five feet from the tv. The tv and cable were all turned off in case it interfered. We called tech service. Still the attached screenshot pretty much sums up our experience. Calling amazon for a refund or exchange. Guess we’ll try Netgear.
