If I could give this 0 stars I would. I purchased 6 of these chairs and 1 of the 6 didn't work immediately. The hydraulics failed and every time you sat in it, it sank down. This is the 3rd day of use and 1 chair, when sat upon, had 2 of the 5 legs SNAP OFF and the person fell on the ground. Horrifyingly unsafe! Today chair 3 had the legs snap off causing the person to crash to the ground. I am returning all 6 due to the hazard they present to users.
