They work as intended. I was worried about open outlets if my lo pulled the plugs from something this prevents that. EDIT: i changed my 5 stars to 1 star. I bought these in February of 2017 it’s now December 2018 and they nearly caught fire, I called an electrician, he said it was the outlet cover and didn’t see how these are even legal from how much of a fire hazard they are. Now I have to go throughout the house and replace all the covers since I used these on all of them. I am so disappointed and upset I could have killed my whole family with these!
