Quality takes their job too seriously
Someone in Quality Assurance takes their job a little too seriously because mine was delivered pre-used. I took it out of the bag to find that there were black scuff marks and pubic hair on the step. Even after taking out the insert, I was finding more scuff marks and more pubic hair
