I still need to contact seller. I would have given this a "5 star" review had I written this before 2 weeks ago. And I would have given this a "1 star" review, had it not worked perfectly "before" the... incident: Here is my story... A couple of weeks ago, I was driving my car happily to visit my mother. The heater on the cushion seemed to be not working quite right. I know it only Then, all-of-a-sudden, I practically "jumped" out of my seat. In one small area of my back, I suddenly felt on fire, burned. Well, needless to say, I immediately turned off my cushion. When I got home, I checked my seat, the cushion had a burn hole. Later, when I checked my back, there was a (very slight) burn on me. And when I checked my sweatshirt (actually blue but phone did not get the color right), and my (brand new, VERY expensive) shirt (green, but again, phone did not get color right), I also found burn holes!!! I was furious! Definitely NEED a FULL REFUND!!!
