The picture says it all. The light on the left is from a 2 cell MagLite. It has a factory installed LED bulb. The light on the right is a 3 (yes, THREE!) cell Maglite with the LudoPam High Power LED upgrade bulb 3 W 4-12 V Replacement part LED. They both have new batteries from the same package, just installed prior to taking the picture. I'm disappointed in the lack of brightness - with 3 cells, that light should be brighter. I'm even more disappointed with the yellow color. The description specifically says "...daylight white lighting and the High Power 200-lumen output of this flashlight LED bulb, as opposed to the dull yellow of incandescent bulbs." It is brighter than the old, non-LED bulb that was in it previously. But it's not as good as advertised.
