I loved this pan and raved about it to other people. Unfortunately after about 8 months things started to stick. I always washed it carefully by hand as instructed. One day I had a problem with food sticking and tried everything to get it back to the way it was originally to no avail. I was told I can send it back at my cost and then I will get my money returned. I will need to find a proper box and go to the expense and hassled of getting it back to them with the hope that I will get my money credited back to my account. I was hoping that this would last me for a long, long time if taken care of properly, which I did. This pan is too expensive to not have the non-stick surface last for even a year. Very disappointed!
