While the unit is well constructed and feels well built, the capacity is nowhere near the rated capacity. Used a tester after fully draining the pack and it reached 17,663 mAh. As the pack got hot, the final capacity of the batteries are likely bellow 15,000. Had it been advertised as a 20,000 mAh pack I'd mostly be happy. But as I was looking for something 30,000+ I'm not happy. Draining the pack again with a dummy load and plan on running another charge test. If it looks better I'll update my review. Till then, I have to call this a don't buy and avoid. Likely will return. Side note. Even the seller admits this is not a 36800mAh pack. They claim 10 hours to charge, given a 2.1A charger that means this is a 20Ah pack. I ran a second charge test last night and got 17,994mAh.
