Purchased in March 2018 on Amazon. Worked well for the first 7 months now I had to perform power cleaning to unclog the color nozzles (multiple regular cleaning cycles did nothing). Power Cleaning did the trick but it comes at a price of a ton of ink being used and shortening the ink pad life. From Epson website: "Running a Power Cleaning consumes a lot of ink, so you should run it only if necessary. Make sure each ink tank is at least one-third full before running a Power Cleaning, or it may damage the product. Power Cleaning may cause the ink pads to reach their capacity sooner. When an ink pad reaches the end of its service life, the product stops printing and you must contact Epson for support." What's the point of EcoTank if the only way to keep your printer working is to consume it all during nozzle cleaning cycles. 1 star for missing the mark completely with this printer; EcoTank was the primary selling point for me. I will refrain from complaining about the screen and interface, but I do agree with many other reviewers. I am very disappointed with this Epson printer; I have owned several in my life.
