I initially purchased this pan in August following the America's Test Kitchen review which caused a run on the product. In February I reached out to Amazon noting it still had not shipped, but was available from other vendors on the site. Amazon was great about cancelling the initial order and crediting the difference between the original price and what it was available for from the third party seller. I was excited when the product finally arrived and followed the super vague seasoning instructions that were on the packaging. They were so vague that the seasoning didn't work. Following various instructions I found online to de-season and re season the pan, I spent way too much time layering on ten micro thin layers of flax seed oil to the pan until it was a consistent and what appeared very slippery uniform dark color. I gave the pan a quick rub of flax seed oil today before making an omelet and it still ended up a sticky mess of burnt eggs stuck to the pan. Pictures tell the story. I'll be reaching out to the manufacturer to try and get a replacement but I have low expectations. If not, its going in the garbage.
