I purchased a salt lamp from Body Source. It was large between 11 and 15 pounds. When I received it, everything was good inside the box. It was wrapped quite well. I plugged it in and turned the dimmer to the highest level. After 9 hours it was still cold to the touch but had a nice bright light. I emailed the company for the next 2 days explaining that it wasn’t warm at all. They responded that it needed to get warm to have any benefit from it. I told them that I felt the 15 watt bulb was not large enough to make it warm. I ask them if I could try a 25 watt bulb which I had. I never received any response from them. I did some research and found out that a lamp that size should have come with a 25 watt bulb and that a 15 watt would not be enough to warm a large salt lamp. I am now using the 25 watt and it is warm and working great. This company needs to start sending 25 watt bulbs in the large lamps and they also should start responding to emails when there are problems with there products. I am buying more of these lamps but not from this company.
