Can't move mount relative to studs.
The mount has no room in the mounting pattern for if you want to move it relative to the studs. It gives you exactly 16", enough to span two studs which means you have to center it between studs. If you want it centered somewhere else on the wall, you're out of luck. Once you buy the part, the instruction give you an option to purchase an add-on which allows you to move it. The kicker? The add-on costs 70% of the original cost! A very shady, sleazy sham. If you're lucky enough for your studs to be exactly where you want them, this might be the mount for you. But for 99% of the people whose builders didn't lay out your studs specifically for a wall mount (cuz who does), pay a little extra to someone else for that one extra dimension of allowed movement. You can get a much better mount for the price of the combined mount and add-on that Mounting Dream sells.
