If I could Give this product a zero or a negative start I would. My review has nothing to do with the performance of the product as the product I purchased has never ever worked. I read All included directions, watched the suggested videos and did all the requested trouble shooting.. and still my product does not work. I have Send multiple emails for which I basically got a run around. I’ve been asked for purchase information and to send that to the Customer service email and yet still I have Not had a resolution to this issue. I actually never even acted for a refund.. just a replacement product that worked.
