I am very disappointed in the way GearWrench products have become so bad. It seems as if every since they sold out, the product just continues to get worse. I received this product and the very first time used the tap wrench come apart and then after I put it back together, one of the taps broke on the first time using. I wasn’t even threading a new hole, I was simply cleaning out an existing bolt hole and was not applying much pressure at all. When I requested GearWrench to replace the item they said they offer no warranty at all on taps, although it says the product is guaranteed in the description. You can look at the broken tap and wrench and clearly see it has no wear at all! Very poor customer service! I have a lot of GearWrench products but guess I’ll start buying another brand!
