I have had a four camera system for a long time now. I’ve set the trigger zones very close so I would not receive false or useless recordings. I have played with all the settings been in contact with their support for months Sending them screenshots and following all their instructions receiving no solution other than offering me a discount on another system as the warranty. Has expired. Unfortunately it’s back to climbing a ladder every two weeks to recharge these. It’s very difficult to do this and if you are not paying attention to your cameras they will stop working. When they are working I could not have been happier the quality of the video is great but in my opinion I would consider a more dependable system or one that does not really need recharging this often. I can’t imagine anyone truly getting 365 days of recordings without having to recharge. Very disappointed with their support and their solution to resolve my issues 🙁
