Very poor quality product. It was used rarely, 1-3 sheets at a time, maybe once a week. It worked for 3 months then crapped out. We got about 10-15 uses out of it, on average 2 sheets of paper at a time, for a total of 20-30 sheets of paper shredded. That works out to be about $2 a page. Complete rip off. This product is crap, its a total waste of money. ------------------------------------------------- However, I was pleasantly surprised by the customer service. After posting the above review, they contacted me (refreshing that they care and are willing to be proactive) and send me a replacement machine.
