This thing is a total piece of junk. The casing and glass beaker are flimsily made. The glass is quite thin. The instructions tell you not to put hot water in it, wow. For something that is designed to make things using hot water, I wasn’t expecting that. I received it on November 3, and used it every day for coffee. Today, it’s unusable. The glass cracked on the bottom while hand washing it with a regular every day dish wand. I had to throw it away. I do not recommend this product. Don’t waste your money. Such a shame.
