Unit looks nice and runs quiet, but mine didn't extract any moisture. Called the manufacturer who told me to return it to Amazon, who refused my return and told me it was under warranty so I had to go through the manufacturer, who is going to "get back to me" about a replacement. I've spent half a day trying to sort this out, hopefully I'll end up with a working unit at the end but I sure wish I'd bought a different one.
