After trying to put my podskinz airpots on, the latch in the back ripped immediately. Wrote a review on here to let buyers know that this will happen and the seller promptly messaged me to remove negative review. To put pressure on this.. and “to meet in the middle,” she told me she would “replace” my airpodz with a new one. It’s been almost a month and still no word or status on where the “new” podskinz case she promised. I think it was her way of telling me to remove my review. What I thought was good customer service ended up being a bad one. Very disappointed.
