Every time it burnt the bottom side and didn't cook the top side
I bought this based on the amazing reviews on amazon. I so wanted this to work for us! I used the recipe in their manual and every time it burnt the bottom and under cooked the top. I must have gotten a defective one. HMMM! How can over 280 people are happy enough to give this 5 stars if the result was like mine! But I didn't want to take a chance with a replacement and got a refund! I took lots of pix. I'd have to figure out how to upload them...
