I have three Arlo camera systems for multiple properties and am an Arlo fan, but this Doorbell Video Camera has multiple MAJOR design flaws. The lag time connecting your phone and the doorbell is pretty significant. About 50% of the time it was essentially useless. The mounting and angle brackets are made out of plastic that flexes way too much, especially on a stucco installation. By it' very nature, stucco has small bumps and slight undulations. When the bracket flexes, the camera will not attach to the bracket. Also, if the mounting screws are not EXACTLY flush, the camera will not mount into the bracket. What's worse is if you need to use the angle bracket. The design causes the mounting screws to protrude on one side, which also prevents the camera from attaching to the mounting bracket. It feels like this product was rushed to market before the holidays, and the design was not thought through. This is going back!
