The physical product itself may/maynot work. I honestly didn't even get that far. My issues began as soon as I downloaded the Odmaster app for Android. If I had my phone speakers on (i.e. not on silent or vibrate) and I was actively using the phone to browse the web , I would arbitrarily hear a short, muted tone and a slight "click". I later realized that the app was activatng the microphone on my phone! How do I know this app is the culprit? For starters, I don't have very many apps on my phone and prior to installing Odmaster, I habe never observed the weird microphone activation. The kicker happened last night: while my phone was on vibrate and charging on my bedside table, I was awaken by a conversation in Spanish - coming from my phone! I grabbed the phone, opened the settings and there were no other apps running in the background. The Odmaster app on someone else's device was covertly monitoring their private conversation in a room and arbitrarily broadcasting it to my device - with my speakers supposed muted! I killed all currently running apps and immediately uninstalled Odmaster. This app will actively spy on you at random by activating the microphone on your device. Big Brother (or the Chineese manufacturer/app developer) is listening... If you have this app installed on your device, I would strongly recommend deletion ASAP. **Edit** (5/27/2022) The Chineese vendor/supplier has been harassing me daily via my personal email account soliciting deletion of my review in exchange for an Amazon gift card. So, no "Dianne Stanley" - I will not delete my review and I stand behind the claim that this is a dangerously invasive product.
