Poor quality,
I wish I had read the reviews before I purchased; I agree with other reviews that the quality, design and intuitiveness of this product is very poor. As some reviewers mentioned, "air frying" some items requires that you first pre-blanch or pre-cook, which is way too complicated. Also, the 5.3 quart model is HUGE; if I wasn't returning the item, I would have had to store it in my basement.
