Read all the reviews about people being injured by this product before buying. I wish I had. If you hold it a certain way, it can cut your hand badly while spinning (happened to both me and my husband). The listing says the product has a 5 year warranty, no questions asked. When I tried to contact the seller for a refund, they were not helpful and asked for extensive proof of the defect (“no questions asked”?) then told me I had to pay to ship it back so they could look at it and wouldn’t guarantee a refund, and then stopped responding to me completely! EDIT 11/7/17: The manufacturer (Westmark) themselves were very helpful and accommodating in resolving my issue. Would recommend dealing with them in place of the seller.
