I have had a Accurite system for about 5 years. No problems until the 5 in 1 stop working. No big deal. Ordered this one. I would have a full strength single for a day or 2 then nothing. Had to start all over. Unplug it and single is back strong. Support from Accurite is horrible. Can not even talk to some one . Chat only. My indoor display from the old unit gets the single and does not lose it. So that rules out the outside 5 in 1. They wanted me to jump through hoops. I figured I would just order another one with a new display. Same thing. There is obviously something wrong with . Stupid me tried a third one. these units. I have now tried a 3rd one. They are with out a doubt defective. It will not hold a single. NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT AT ALL. I beg you do not buy this or anything from Accurite. They want you to take pictures on your ladder how close you are to the outside unit with you reciver in your hand. PLEASE do not buy anything from them..
