Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

Ok so this isn’t cheap but It came in bubble wrap and no box. There was no insert to read. You have to READ THE DESCRIPTION ON AMAZON for a full set of directions. I didn’t do that and I didn’t refrigerate it because, like an idiot, I READ THE BOTTLE INSTEAD. It made no mention of refrigeration on the bottle. I emailed them and asked because I went back a week later and read the reviews where people said they didn’t know it had to be refrigerated after opening. They told me to read the description on amazon. Oh stupid me, I thought they’d put all pertinent information on the bottle. Back it goes then!
