There is one major thing wrong with this product’s advertising that could end up in a lawsuit. The PLASMA WAVE technology states that it DOES NOT release ozone. If you have researched exactly what it is then you will find out that it does indeed release ozone. They claim not as much as other air purifiers but what does that measurement even mean. It is a law that they must include a warning with the advertising of their product but they do not include one. I ordered this product doing minimal research. I was wondering why it made me feel lightheaded the first few days although the air smelled clean. The light headed feeling lead me to my investigation. There is an option to disable the plasma wave. It is suppose to decrease the amount of ozone. On the 3rd day of having it, I turned it on and left to the kitchen. I smelled a strong smoke smell and ran to the living room where I saw the air quality sensor with a bright red color. The smoke smell was coming out of the purifier. I unplugged it and I’m returning it ASAP. Time to go back to my researching for a better quality one.
