After assembly, chair did not recline, neither shoulder air bag would inflate, and right side hip bag was defective too. Easy to assembly despite very poor assembly instructions. I actually like assembling things, but no amount of trouble shooting was fixing this chair. Now I have to disassemble, repack 3 large, heavy boxes, and return ship to China at my own cost! I took a chance buying a product without hundreds of reviews yet. That's their trick, I.e. Once they get some bad reviews, they repost their crappy product and start again with zero reviews. Now that I wrote this one, they will do it again to keep deceiving buyers. Wake up Amazon! UPDATE: shipping cost was over $600, more than the cost of the chair. Seller wrote me 3 emails offering me $30 to remove this review, but I'd rather help people avoid the pain of this transaction. I had to contact Amazon to start a claim process to get my money back. I will update the result.
