On reboot immediately after finalizing the OS install, the computer worked very slow even without installing any software, just the bare operating system (Windows 11). This created concerns regarding the processor and memory, which are the most valuable assets when it comes to PC performance. I opened the resource monitor and observed the Celeron/Celery processor throttling at 100% use and using 66% memory non-stop for half hour . In other words, this computer was choking itself just by running the bare operating system. Then, I streamed music (just music without video) from Youtube, and the memory was now at a constant 86%, and the CPU was struggling even more of course. I concluded then that this laptop is 100% worthless. Avoid it if possible. I recommend against this computer and Celeron processors in general. They're just at the bottom in the totem-pole. For Windows 11 or even 10, I recommend either ADM or Intel multi-core processors and 8 Gig memory. I hope this saves someone from a headache.
