Reviews where great...then I got the item. Went in fast and easy as you would expect. Then I turned it on! Leaks a stream of water3 ft onto the walls from the swivel connector at the one part you don’t need to assemble, as these always come preassembled in all shower heads.. I tightened it 3 times with my hands as this is plastic and tools are going to scratch it. Leaked every time! Finally I got a pair of channel locks and used a wash rag to try and not scratch the plastic...fail. Plastic scratched , still leaking. Finally just used the old swivel from the old head. The head seems ok , plastic 100% though. I would of returned unit but to avoid the hassle I’m just going with my old swivel. So BEWARE WHEN BUYING THIS SHOWER HEAD.
