This supplement did not do me good but maybe it will do wonders for you, everybody is different. After my negative review on my purchase last year they reached out to me and said they took it upon themselves to find better ingredients. They state that this new formula is much better. I am retracting my review to give them the benefit of the doubt after ready many recent positive reviews. Unfortunately after this experience. I've decided to be a little more cautious with what I put in my body when buying supplements. So I am now making my own supplements.
