Do not buy!!!
This product is dangerous. The very first time I used this I went to do a squat, and the second I put tension on the cords the bottom flew up and the steel bar hit me in the jaw. It sliced my chin open and I had to go to the hospital because I couldn’t open or close my mouth. I had to get stitches so I would stay far away from this item.
