If you love acne get this
If you have sensitive acne prone skin don't order this find another brand without biotin. This has so much biotin in it its shocking. I took only half a pill a day and was getting acne all over the place my face, chest and shoulders. Now that I am taking another brand with no biotin and no fake b-12 in it my poor skin is starting to calm down.
Great for acne and energy.
