My first 3600 generator failed to start after the third oil change just would backfire. Amazon sent me a second one and it did the same thing so if you were having this issue I will tell you what the problem is because after having two Different repair companies work on this thing I finally got to the bottom of the issue no thanks to the Westinghouse technical support. It started great for both mechanics so they assumed it was all set but the second one kept it there and started it every day with no problem till one day it acted up for him so he looked into it mechanically and found that the valves were too tight and if they landed in the wrong place when you shut it off it wouldn’t start now you would think that seeing this happen to two generators in a row that I received that these idiots would know what the problem was. I ended up spending another $150 between the two mechanics In order to finally solve the problem so keep that in mind if you run into this issue
