Have been a faithful OXO brand user & was recently disappointed in this product
Hi OXO, Have been a faithful OXO brand user & was recently disappointed in this product. We steam quite a few vegetables & used this steel steamer. When the vegetables were done steaming, turned off stove while there was still water in bottom of the pot & the lid was covering it. The safety handle melted! Please advise.
