Thanks for asking for my feedback.I bought them item on Amazon as I was impressed when I noted good reviews by buyers, & really looking forward to use it. I thought I was buying from the manufacturer to ensure genuine item. However, when I received item, I was immediately disappointed by INFERIOR QUALITY(eg thin, poor fit) and the packaging cover- very DIFFERENT from the one seen on Amazon eg did not show 100% 2year WARRANTY, & many other details. So my logical conclusion is it is NOT GENUINE. Many RELIABLE internet sources warned of fake ,COUNTERFEIT products even those sold on Amazon especially from third party sellers like you. I realize returning inconveniences all 3 of us- the buyer(me), Amazon & the seller(you) but I returned it as I hate wastage & I really do need a high quality ironing board cover. I hope you understand.
