I bought two of these feeders(Pet-Safe 5-meal automatic feeder) and really liked them at first, but then one if them kept going off later and later.... So I changed the batteries multiple times/reset the times and still the feeder delays farther and farther out. I am very unsatisfied with this product, and the fact that the return window is only 1MONTH!!??. I would steer clear of these feeders, a company that only stands by their product for 1 month isn't very confident in their product! There are other smaller problems that I looked past, but this one is too big, especially with two cats looking for food@the same time. --->UPDATE So I was hoping amazon would be a little more helpful when trying to exchange the defective feeder however since it was past the 30 days they offered absolutely no help at all. They referred me to the manufacturer to see if they could help resolve this. Fair warning to anyone who is buying this product with multiple pets don't waste your money. The manufacturer return policies are worse than amazons even if it is defective. Very irritating! Petco has this exact same feeder for the same price, and they offer a money back guarantee 60 return and even after the 60 days they will return it or exchange it. Don't waste your time/money with this one just order it from Petco and save yourself the hassle!
