Despite being the best headset on wirecutter.com, this product by Jabra disappoints me. This product is not at all worth the 100$ retail price. First: I know it's a bluetooth headset and writers on wirecutter.com gave it really good ratings. Music lacks details, the bass is extremely weak and off. Despite all that still a nice design, easy-to-use headset to own Second: after a couple months of use(rarely) because of the disappointing performance, some minor parts of the headset started breaking down (see pictures). The right earpad cover is coming out revealing the foam inside. The metal clams at the end with Jabra logo on it started cracking. Would not recommend this product to my friends and would think twice about trusting wirecutter.com.
